Built for lighting distribution
Carry six lighting circuits through one cable run, keeping connections organised across stages, rigs and production areas.
Syntax® SSX 19-pin connectors with silver-plated crimp contacts are paired with your choice of HELUKABEL JZ-600 or TITANEX® H07RN-F cable. Four insert and locking-ring colours help identify cable groups during setup and pack-down.

The connector protection rating requires correct assembly, a cable gland matched to the cable diameter, and a properly mated compatible connector.
Identification
Each cable assembly includes two 10 cm transparent, unshrunk tubes for your own identification labels.
The cable length is marked at both ends for quick identification during setup and pack-down.
A cable strap is included with assemblies 5 m and longer for convenient storage, transport and handling.
Connector system
Choose black, orange, red or yellow inserts and locking rings to identify cable groups. All four options use Syntax® SSX 19-pin connectors with silver-plated crimp contacts.
Cable
Choose the cable construction that suits your installation. HELUKABEL JZ-600 uses PVC insulation and sheathing; TITANEX® H07RN-F uses cross-linked elastomer insulation and sheathing. Their operating conditions differ, as shown in the technical specifications.
A multicore PVC control and connection cable with finely stranded copper conductors and numbered cores.

Designed for flexible applications under medium mechanical stress, with free movement and without tensile stress or forced guidance.
Black cores with white numbering support conductor identification. JZ versions include a green/yellow protective conductor.
UV- and weather-resistant PVC supports outdoor fixed installation within the manufacturer’s stated conditions. The cable also offers oil resistance subject to the datasheet limitations.
TITANEX® H07RN-F combines flexibility for handling and coiling with a durable elastomer sheath. These Socapex assemblies use multicore cable with a conductor cross-section of 1.5 or 2.5 mm².

Flexible TITANEX® H07RN-F cable supports handling, routing and coiling during repeated setup and pack-down.
The cross-linked elastomer sheath provides resistance to mechanical stress encountered during professional use.
The cable material offers resistance to oil, UV exposure and moisture within the conditions specified in the TITANEX® datasheet.
Electrical
| Field | Value |

| Circuit count | 6 |
| Rated current per circuit | 16A |
| Connector format | 19-pin |
| Contact termination | Crimp |
| Standard contact finish | Silver-plated |

| Selected cable type | HELUKABEL JZ-600 |
| Cable nominal voltage, U₀/U | 600/1000 V AC |
| Cable test voltage, core/core | 4000 V |
Cable and connector ratings describe their respective components. The permissible rating of the complete assembly depends on the fitted components, circuit loading and installation conditions.
Environment
| Field | Value |
|---|---|
| Cable operating temperature, flexible use | −15°C to +80°C |
| Cable operating temperature, fixed installation | −40°C to +80°C |
| Cable minimum bending radius, flexible use | 7.5 × cable outer diameter |
| Cable minimum bending radius, fixed installation | 4 × cable outer diameter |
| Cable UV resistance | UV-resistant |
| Cable weather resistance | Weather-resistant |
| Cable oil resistance | Largely oil-resistant; subject to manufacturer’s conditions |
| Cable outdoor application | Fixed installation |
| Connector protection rating | IP67 when correctly mated |
| Connector operating temperature (connector property) | −55°C to +125°C |
These properties describe HELUKABEL JZ-600 cable. Flexible use requires free movement without tensile stress or forced guidance. The datasheet specifies outdoor use for fixed installation.
Connector ratings do not override the cable’s operating limits. IP67 applies to correctly assembled and mated compatible connectors; it does not imply that the complete cable assembly is suitable for immersion.
Accessories
Protect connector interfaces, support cable handling and specify contact options to suit the application.

Protect the connector interfaces during storage and transport. Select the matching male or female cap; compatible Syntax® IP67 caps provide protection for unmated connectors when correctly fitted.

Guide cables through ducts and cable routes while reducing the need to pull directly on the connector. Select a grip suited to the cable diameter and installation task.

Help distribute pulling and bending loads away from the connector entry. Select the appropriate size for the cable diameter and connector arrangement.

Silver-plated crimp contacts are standard. Armored silver and gold contact options are available on request for applications with specific mating or environmental requirements.
