Connector system
Cable
TITANEX® H07RN-F combines flexibility for handling and coiling with a durable elastomer sheath. These assemblies use single-core cable in cross-sections from 95 to 300 mm².

Flexible TITANEX® H07RN-F cable supports handling, routing and coiling during repeated setup and pack-down.
The cross-linked elastomer sheath provides resistance to mechanical stress encountered during professional use.
The cable material offers resistance to oil, UV exposure and moisture within the conditions specified in the TITANEX® datasheet.

The following catalogue values show the reference current for each cable cross-section under the stated temperature conditions.
| Code | Cable cross-section | Catalogue reference current¹ |
|---|---|---|
| 095 (selected) | 95 mm² | 328A |
| 120 | 120 mm² | 382A |
| 150 | 150 mm² | 441A |
| 185 | 185 mm² | 506A |
| 240 | 240 mm² | 599A |
| 300 | 300 mm² | 693A |
¹ Tesla Tech catalogue reference conditions: ambient temperature 30°C; maximum operating/conductor temperature 85°C.
These are cable reference values, not complete-assembly ratings for every installation. Permissible operating current also depends on the connector version, installation method, grouping and applicable cable temperature limits.
Environment
| Field | Value |
|---|---|
| Connector ingress protection, when mated | IP67 |
| Connector contact touch protection | IP2X |
| Connector operating temperature | −30°C to +125°C |
| Cable operating temperature, flexing | −25°C to +55°C |
| Cable operating temperature, fixed installation | −25°C to +75°C |
| Cable oil resistance | Oil-resistant |
| Cable UV resistance | UV-resistant |
| Cable water resistance | Resistant to splashes and humidity |
Connector and cable properties are stated separately. Conditions of use for the complete assembly must satisfy both components' limits. IP67 applies to correctly mated connectors; protection when disconnected depends on the protective cap fitted.
Accessories
Protect connector interfaces and manage cable handling with accessories selected for the connector type and cable size.
Protect the connector interface during storage, transport and periods of disconnection. IP67 caps provide a sealed closure with secondary locking, while IP53 caps offer a quicker protective cover for less exposed conditions. Select the correct cap for the source or drain connector; each cap type fits the corresponding connector gender across the phase colours.

Help guide cables through conduits, structures and cable routes while reducing the need to pull directly on the connector. Select a grip suitable for the cable diameter and intended installation task.

Help distribute pulling and bending loads away from the connector interface. Different sizes accommodate the cable diameter and connector arrangement, supporting repeated handling and installation.
